HAIL Partners is working with an alternative investment management firm who is looking for a HR/Recruitment Manager to work alongside their Head of HR across the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment & HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting recruitment processes - sourcing candidates, conducting interviews & working with external agencies on vacancies
  • Providing hiring recommendations & deliver regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management
  • Implementing recruitment best practices and continuous look to improve process
  • Conducting pre-employment screening, right to work checks, offer and employment contracts and onboarding for new joiners
  • Facilitating employment relations matters
  • Reviewing and updating the Company policies
  • Supporting on employee benefits
  • Projects to support the HR function including employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, succession planning and other duties.

Requirements:

  • Degree educated preferred, CIPD would be an advantage
  • 3-6 years of relevant HR &/or Recruitment experience within Financial/Professional Services
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
