HAIL Partners is proud to be partnering with a prestigious global Private Equity firm to appoint a HR Manager as the HR lead for its London office.This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious investment firm in a pivotal role, acting as the key HR point of contact for the London office while collaborating with a wider global HR team.

About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support to a high-performing team. Working closely with senior executives, you will oversee performance review processes, offer expert advice on best practices, and ensure smooth HR operations tailored to a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR lead for the London office in a standalone capacity
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with senior leadership to advise on HR strategy and best practices
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
