About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role will support a global business unit across a multinational client group.
The ideal candidate will be London-based.
- Partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives and leadership development.
- Support newly appointed directors with coaching, leadership alignment, and succession planning to ensure a talent model fit for purpose.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to business leaders, identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Facilitate engagement activities, including monthly calls with people leaders and strategic reporting for leadership alignment.
- Leverage shared services COE for recruitment, employee relations, compensation reviews, and other HR processes.
- Drive monthly HR reporting and analytics, paying attention to detail on workforce data
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives across procurement sourcing, private labels, and compliance functions.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven successful experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance, and driving leadership development.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to deliver meaningful monthly HR reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment, developing relationships across geographies.
