HAIL Partners is working with a Global, Tech focused Private Equity firm on the search for a HR Analyst / Associate to join their London team. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with a strong analytical edge - perfect for someone who loves both people and data.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Owning global payroll inputs and data integrity
- Producing headcount, attrition, DEIB and compensation reporting and dashboards
- Maintaining and enhancing HRIS data (BambooHR) and driving process automation
- Supporting recruitment, annual salary reviews, benefits renewals and comp benchmarking
- Partnering with global Human Capital colleagues on strategic people projects
Role Requirements:
- Generalist or analytical HR experience, ideally within financial or professional services
- Strong data and reporting capability - Excel and HRIS experience essential
- An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insight
- Excellent organisation, discretion and a genuinely proactive approach
- Intellectually curious - challenges the status quo and identifies opportunities to improve
