HR Data & Analytics Specialist – Private Equity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Data & Analytics Specialist to join a leading investment firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting the HR function across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping effective data analytics to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly People Data analysis and presentation packs.
  • Apply statistical techniques to interpret HR data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular data audits, ensuring data integrity and resolving root causes of discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR Data teams to produce reports using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Perform monthly payroll data checks.
  • Support year-end reward and reporting processes.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HRIS systems and processes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in producing high-quality management information.
  • Proficient in data analytics/reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
  • Understanding of wider HR practices is desirable.
  • Experience with HR systems
