HAIL Partners is working with a growing financial services business based in London who are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator. This role will work alongside the Head of HR to support integration efforts across their portfolio. This is a high-impact role that spans the full employee lifecycle, involving collaboration with HR professionals across Europe (approx. 50 HR staff across 20 businesses).
Key areas include:
- HR policy integration
- Data consolidation (strong Excel skills are a plus)
- Performance management implementation
- Employment law input across various jurisdictions
Manage HR data to support Group-wide reporting, including engagement surveys and other key metrics. Monitor regulatory and policy changes, contribute to drafting and reviewing policy documents, and maintain a centralised Policy Contents Table to ensure timely updates and compliance tracking.
Assist with reviewing organisational charts, department structures, and business line allocations, while helping to maintain alignment across all Group entities. Draft and refine job descriptions to reflect evolving business needs, provide local support throughout the interview process, and help evaluate candidate suitability.
Collect and analyse data for HR and reporting, conduct research on HR tools and trends, and deliver relevant insights to support strategic HR decisions. Offer user support and guidance on HR systems, oversee document management practices, monitor compliance and system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and produce performance and progress reports.
Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role, within financial or professional services is required. International HR / Employment law exposure is a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of HR administration and best practices is essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS is desirable.
