Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major office relocation and fit-out initiative for a leading global Investment Management firm. This is a high-visibility role managing the refurbishment and relocation of the London office.
This position is based in Central London and is a 9 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end office relocation and fit-out project.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Drive decision-making, accountability, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate logistics including IT fit-out, furniture delivery, and overall office readiness.
- Liaise with building contractors, managing agents, and third-party project teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and updates.
- Ensure delivery of refurbishment works to specification.

- Proven project management experience, ideally within Financial Services or Private Equity.
- Track record managing office projects with 100+ employees.
- Exceptional organisation, planning, and time management skills.
