HAIL Partners is working with a Global Private Equity firm looking for an Executive Assistant in London. The successful candidate will be joining the team to support the Head of Real Estate (50% of the role) and the wider team of 11 (50% of the role) responsible for managing diaries, travel and expenses as well as event management for the office.
The job:
- Diary management: Ensuring your Executives are supported through complete diary control.
- Logistics: meticulous and flawless scheduling across multiple locations, with different travel methods. Being able to proactively manage ever changing scheduling.
- Events management: Scheduling, creating, sourcing, running events for the London office.
- Expense management
Experience required:
- Financial Services or Private Equity industry experience.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role including diary management, global travel and expenses.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a fast paced environment.
- Someone who can hit the ground running, who can work both independently and within the team dynamic collaboratively.
- Experienced with Outlook, Excel and other Office Suites.
