For Companies HAIL Partners are exclusively partnering with a leading private equity firm based in the West End. This is an elite firm, who are seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to join on a maternity cover.
The successful individual will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s AGM, alongside supporting broader Investor Relations activity, including investor communications, reporting, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant support to the Investor Relations team
- End-to-end coordination and execution of the AGM, working closely with senior stakeholders
- Coordination of investor updates, reporting cycles, and communications
- Management of investor calls, meetings, and associated logistics
- Supporting the planning and delivery of key investor conferences and events
- Direct support to the Head of IR and IR Managing Director
- Liaising with senior internal stakeholders and external investors
Experience Required:
- Proven experience supporting Investor Relations, within a similar high-performance financial services environment
- Strong understanding of IR cycles, investor communications, and event delivery (particularly AGMs and conferences)
Capability:
- Exceptional execution skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate at pace in a demanding, high-expectation environment
- Confidence managing complex, high-stakes deliverables
This role is office-based five days per week, with potential flexibility for one day working from home.
This is a 12–18 month contract.
