HAIL Partners is working with a Financial Services client looking for an Executive Assistant in London. The successful candidate will be joining the team to support four senior professionals, responsible for managing diaries, travel and expenses.
The job:
- Diary management: Ensuring your Executives are supported through complete diary control.
- Business Assistant support: Supporting on the deal process, corresponding with Investors, researching and creating Investor information.
- Logistics: Meticulous and flawless scheduling across multiple locations, with different travel methods. Proactively managing ever changing scheduling.
- Events management: Scheduling, creating, sourcing, running events for the London office.
Experience required:
- Financial Services or Private Equity industry experience.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant role including diary management, global travel and expenses.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a fast paced environment.
- Someone who can hit the ground running, who can work both independently and within the team dynamic collaboratively.
- Experienced with Outlook, Excel and other Office Suites.
The role is based in Soho and offers hybrid flexibility with a competitive package (base and bonus) & benefits.
