My client is a global Private Equity firm with offices across the US, Europe, APAC and London. They have a large EA team and looking to add another high-performing EA to support 1x Operating Partner and their small team. The ideal candidate will have relevant PE experience and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management – organising meetings, conferences, and off-site events, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Global travel, calendar, and expense support for the team.
- Proactively reviewing portfolio companies and preparing relevant information for meetings,
- Work closely and effectively with team to complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach.
- Expense management.
- Preparing/editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborating with other assistants to ensure seamless coverage and backup support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant administrative experience within Private Equity or broader Private Markets
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication
