This is a role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs, staying three steps ahead, and bringing calm, unflappable order to a high-performance environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Acting as the day-to-day point of support for the team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- Managing complex, ever-shifting calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Owning domestic and international travel end-to-end — itineraries, logistics, and expense processing
- Tracking action items and deadlines, and keeping the team organised and on schedule
- Supporting team and external events
- Taking on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks with accuracy and a quick turnaround
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar role supporting several senior professionals
- Experience within financial services
- First-class organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
