HAIL Partners are partnering with a boutique Private Equity firm seeking a French-speaking Office Manager and Executive Assistant Manager to join their London office. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing facilities, and leading a team of EAs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership of the Executive Assistant team: Oversee and develop the EA function, ensuring exceptional diary management, coordination of Board and Investment Committee schedules, travel arrangements, expense processing etc.
- Reception management: Supervise the Reception team to uphold a polished front-of-house experience, including client greetings, switchboard management, meeting room preparation, courier/post handling, and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Facilities oversight: Manage the Facilities Manager across all aspects of building operations—maintenance planning, access control, fire safety procedures, contractor and cleaning/security management, and office fit-out projects.
- Team operations: Approve holidays, balance workloads, provide cover planning, and arrange temporary support where necessary.
This role is offering a hybrid set up. This role is looking for someone fluent in French.
