Based in stunning offices in Mayfair, this is a global Private Equity house with a great reputation across Europe and the US. The London office maintains a highly collegiate, team oriented atmosphere where the executive support team are very valued and viewed as a vital part of the firm’s success.

This is an Investor Relations EA position primarily supporting an MD who heads up fundraising. This is a fully office based role.

  • Senior EA Support: Managing busy schedules and communications across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating complex, senior-level roadshows and investor days
  • Travel Management: Arranging international travel, with attendance at AGMs and Investor Days as required

Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant

At least 1 year's experience as an EA within an Investor Relations team

Experience within private equity or a similar environment
