HAIL Partners is working with a global financial services firm on a search for an HR Operations & Data Analytics specialist. They are looking for someone to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end, acting as the in-house Workday SME, and producing the reporting that gives HR leadership a clear view across the region.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, leavers, visas, family leave, probation, transfers and promotions
- Owning Workday as the in-house SME and keeping employee records audit-ready
- Producing HR metrics, dashboards and workforce reporting for leadership
- Running regular data audits, the bi-annual GDPR purge, and the annual rescreening process for certified individuals
- Experience in HR Operations or HR Data Analytics
- Strong in data reporting
- Ability to use Excel to create Pivot tables, Vlookups, data cleansing etc
- Financial services or professional services background
