HAIL Partners is working with a boutique Hedge Fund looking for a Front of House / Office Manager to join the London HQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests as well as providing office management and team assistant support when needed.
The job:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and staff
- Manage meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Handle front-of-house operations including phone calls and visitor management
- Support with travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with office management and facilities tasks
- Manage kitchen facilities and help coordinate team lunches
- Liaise with building reception and suppliers
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
- Ability to shape and define the role
Experience required:
- 3+ years previous experience in a hedge fund or private equity front-of-house role
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders
