HAIL Partners is working with a private investment office in Chelsea, supporting a high-profile, international Principal. This is a small, close-knit office with the role sitting slightly apart from the core business team and working directly and exclusively for the Principal. It's a genuinely unique opportunity to work closely with someone highly accomplished, on a role that blends business and personal support in equal measure.
About the Role
You would provide dedicated, one-to-one support to the Principal, who splits their time between multiple locations. This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction: you'd be given autonomy and trusted to manage your own time and priorities, working closely and building a strong long-term relationship with one individual rather than juggling multiple stakeholders. The role is 60/40 split between personal and business support, and no two days look the same.
Day to day includes:
- Complex international travel coordination, including private aviation
- Diary and time management across multiple time zones and locations
- Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
- Personal and lifestyle support, alongside business-related coordination
- Managing ad hoc projects and requests with speed and discretion
Requirements
- 8-15+ years' experience in a senior EA/PA or Chief of Staff-style role
- Experience supporting a high-profile, high-net-worth individual
- Background in financial services, legal, or another high-end professional environment
- Highly organised, discreet and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Direct, calm communication style, with the confidence to manage upwards
- 5 days a week in office, with flexibility around the Principal's own schedule
