Join us at Haier Europe as a Service Partner Manager to assist us in achieving Haier’s goal of having a reputation as the number one after sales white goods service provider.
As our Service Partner Manager, you’ll have responsibility for managing the relationships, scale, capabilities, compliance and performance of our external field based Authorised Service Agent network to ensure the business has the white goods appliance repair capacity, skills and geographic coverage to fulfil white goods appliance repair demand.
You’ll use your experience of motivating and empowering field based teams to ensure that the Authorised Service Agents deliver a high quality, responsive repair service. You’ll also support with leading and managing selected projects, to support continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of both directly employed Field Service Engineers and Authorised Service Agents.
You will need a passion for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, strong communication skills, the ability to demonstrate credibility and persuade and influence others, and an entrepreneurial approach.
This is a remote / field based role, so you'll also need to have a full, valid driving license, and be willing to travel.
