As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you’ll be working with three great brands; Candy, Hoover and Haier. Visiting our customers in their homes across North West and West London and the surrounding areas, you’ll be providing technical solutions to their problems, fixing their appliances and providing a great customer experience.
We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well organised and have great customer service skills. You’ll also need good problem-solving ability, to build effective technical fault finding and diagnostic skills. Regardless of your background, our City and Guilds assured in-house training and field-based mentoring has been designed to get you ready for success.
You’ll need a full, valid driving licence and the ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces, regularly engaging hand dexterity. Colour vision is also important to be able to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires; offers of employment are subject to testing to ensure that candidates can comply with the basic health and safety requirements of the role.
