As a Field Service Engineer, you will be visiting customers in their homes across Potters Bar and the surrounding areas, fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again. You will manage your time through the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress and maintaining stock levels in your van.
A full, valid driving licence is required. For upselling our products, you will be rewarded with bonus incentives on the products you sell. You should be organised, have strong communication skills, and be dedicated to finding the best outcome for the customer.
Ideally, we would like experience as a White Goods Engineer. However, what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support has been designed to prepare you to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- £33,903 per annum starting salary if you do not have White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience, with the opportunity to earn £38,423 once fully trained.
- £38,423 per annum starting salary if you have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
- Up to £6,962 London Allowance.
- Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum.

The ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity, and colour vision are considered central requirements.
