The role
As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
You’ll:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries
- Identify needs and recommend the right products
- Close sales while delivering excellent service
- Work to achievable sales targets
- Ensure FCA compliance at all times
