Full-time, Permanent | Location: Bolton (BL2 6PU) | Salary: £30,818 + commission (OTE £50,000+) Hybrid working with 9am-6pm shifts, no evenings, 1 in 4 weekends.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries.
- Identify needs and recommend the right products.
- Close sales while delivering excellent service.
- Work to achievable sales targets.
- Ensure FCA compliance at all times.

What we’re looking for
- Sales experience (call centre or phone-based preferred).
- Target-driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FCA experience is a bonus).
- DBS and financial background check passed.
