Our Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound service calls from our customers. By providing an amazing sales through service approach, you will sell our leading range of added value service products.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and up-sell the range of extended warranty insurance products to non-core brand customers.
  • Identify and pitch the most appropriate insurance product based on assessment of customer information and needs while ensuring full FCA regulatory compliance when setting up extended warranties.
  • Work within a contact centre that closes at 6p.m., following a set shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week, working only 1 in 4 weekends.
  • Maintain first-class customer service and achieve sales targets in a FCA regulated environment.
  • Receive training and support to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based sales role.
  • Experience working towards sales targets, preferably within an FCA regulated environment.
  • Successful completion of a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
