Hybrid working with 9am-6pm shifts, no evenings, 1 in 4 weekends.
Responsibilities- Take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries.
- Identify needs and recommend the right products.
- Close sales while delivering excellent service.
- Work to achievable sales targets.
- Ensure FCA compliance at all times.
- £29,993 basic salary.
- Realistic OTE £50,000+.
- 37.5 hours per week (set shifts).
