The Opportunity At Haier Europe - Candy | Hoover | Haier, you'll play an important part in shaping how we understand and plan our future performance. As our Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll bring clarity, coordination and thoughtful insight that helps teams across the UK & Ireland make informed decisions.
This role centres on creating clear financial plans, supporting forecasting activity and ensuring our reporting reflects what teams across the business need. You'll collaborate with colleagues in commercial, product, sales and operations to share insight and help maintain alignment across planning cycles. You'll guide the commercial finance team by offering structure, clarity and support, helping each person contribute in a way that reflects their strengths.
What Youâll Do
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and longerâterm planning activity.
- Ensure reporting is clear, consistent and accessible to teams across the business.
- Work with commercial colleagues on pricing, promotions and customerârelated planning.
- Contribute to stock, demand and S&OP processes with relevant financial information.
- Support controls relating to marketing investment, promotional funds and margin understanding.
- Provide guidance to the commercial finance team in their dayâtoâday work and development.
What Youâll Bring
- Experience working in FP&A or commercial finance within a dynamic environment (FMCG, retail or consumer goods helpful but not required).
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with varied teams.
- Comfort improving planning processes and presenting information clearly.
- Familiarity with financial and ERP systems, alongside strong Excel capability.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) qualification.
