About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in driving performance across our supply chain, stock, and OPEX functions. You'll provide insightful financial analysis, partner with operational teams, and influence decisions that deliver value and efficiency. From embedding SAP to supporting transformation projects, this is a role where your impact will be immediate and visible.
What You'll Do
- Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to analyse key metrics and cost drivers.
- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, including inventory costing and balance sheet reviews.
- Drive cost optimisation strategies and support annual budgets and reforecasts.
- Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and our European logistics team.
- Support continuous improvement and the evolution of financial systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business partnering and cost control.
- Strong understanding of freight-in/out, warehousing, and 3PL management.
- Skilled in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to influence and drive change.
- Part-qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
