As we grow our business, we are looking for a Digital and Trade Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Hoover Floorcare and Haier Kitchen Appliances brands.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives that bring our brands to life across every retail channel – online, offline and omnichannel. This high‑impact, cross‑functional role is responsible for shaping how our products appear, sell through and win in the market. By blending strategic insight, in‑store and digital shelf expertise, and an understanding of shopper behaviour, you’ll ensure that every pound invested delivers measurable growth and brand advantage.
From optimising the digital shelf and delivering best‑in‑class product visibility online to developing compelling in‑store activations that convert shoppers at the point of purchase, this role is hands‑on and central to delivering the commercial and brand objectives of the SDA business. You’ll drive performance through data‑led decisions, creative execution, and strategic collaboration, turning trade marketing into a key growth lever for the business.
Responsibilities & Experience
With extensive experience in both trade marketing and digital marketing – gained within consumer appliances, consumer electronics, consumer durables, FMCG or retail – you will develop business plans to meet key trade channel objectives. Using marketing data (e.g. GfK) to support plans and decision‑making, you’ll apply excellent analytical skills and insight management. Your planning and organisational skills will ensure regular and effective reviews of trade channel targets and progress. A collaborative team player, you will also support the wider team on new digital and marketing initiatives. You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
