As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead and develop our Demand and Supply Chain Planning team across the UK and Ireland.
As Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager, you’ll manage the overall planning and forecasting across the UK and ROI ensuring that the weekly, monthly and yearly planning S&OP cycles are maintained and that stock quality, inventory and availability targets are met. Managing your team of Demand Planners, you’ll ensure that they establish and maintain processes with their business areas, that reports are accurate, and KPIs are being achieved. You’ll also be responsible for coaching, developing and supporting your team, providing robust career plans for all.
With extensive operational experience leading a Demand Planning team in a large volume-based business, you’ll have excellent management skills, with the ability to influence teams across the business to create strategic alignment. You’ll have demonstrable experience in managing, supporting, coaching and developing colleagues and experience in working with ERP systems such as SAP. You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
