As a Regional Customer Delivery Manager, working within our Service division, you'll contribute to the success of our growing business by demonstrating your ability to think strategically and empower people and processes, to achieve our goal of zero distance to the consumer. The region you will be responsible for covers Scotland, Northern England, the Midlands, and North Wales.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be an experienced regional manager with the ability to develop high performing teams, and a dynamic and motivational approach to change management.
- As a Regional Customer Delivery Manager, you will have tactical and operational responsibility for a regional engineering team. This includes direct management of the Service Team Managers who manage engineering teams across the UK & Ireland.
- Your customer-first mindset, along with utilising data, insights and feedback, will be key in maximising customer outcomes and the region's growth.
- Experience of managing a regionally or nationally dispersed engineering workforce is essential.
- Previous use of Field Service Software Applications, such as Salesforce, will be advantageous.
