Responsibilities
- Visit customers in their homes across Dartford and surrounding areas to repair appliance issues.
- Manage daily time schedules, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
- Maintain daily stock levels in your van.
- Upsell products, earning bonus incentives on products sold.
Qualifications
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
- Technical knowledge; experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, and maintain hand dexterity and colour vision.
- Capacity to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.
- Successful completion of in‑house City and Guilds‑assured training.
