We're looking for an experienced HR Digital Specialist to join our UK & Ireland HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine HR operations, systems expertise and people analytics to help shape the colleague experience across our business. Working as part of the HR Operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our people data, delivering meaningful HR reporting and supporting efficient HR processes across the colleague lifecycle. You'll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and the HRIS team to continuously improve how we use data and technology to support business decisions and colleague experience.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the HR Operations lead for Workday, ensuring accurate, compliant and high-quality people data
  • Produce HR reporting, dashboards and people insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support HR system enhancements, testing and process improvements in partnership with the HRIS team
  • Manage reporting across headcount, absence, compensation, benefits and workforce planning
  • Support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, organisational changes and annual reward processes
  • Manage HR data uploads, audits and validation activities to maintain the integrity of colleague records
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to deliver an excellent colleague and manager experience
  • Develop guides, resources and processes that improve efficiency, consistency and manager self-service

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Data, HR Digital or HR Administration role, ideally within a fast-paced organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, including maintaining employee data, producing reports and supporting HR processes
  • Experience producing HR reports, dashboards and people analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement

Desirable

  • Experience with Workday modules such as Recruiting & Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management or Workforce Planning
  • Workday report writing experience
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience of developing, maintaining and updating HR sites e.g. SharePoint, Reward Gateway, Experian to ensure information is accurate and accessible
