Here at Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) our ambition is simple: to be the number one Domestic Appliance and Smart Home business in the UK and Ireland. As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Digital Sell Out Director to drive end‑to‑end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end consumer conversion and revenue growth by orchestrating all physical and digital touchpoints across the consumer journey.
- Connect and support Brand, Product Line and Digital Marketing strategies, E‑commerce, and Commercial performance to deliver measurable business results, having full responsibility for execution of the internal and external annual activation plans.
- Support a digital‑first mindset that is data‑driven and performance‑oriented, optimising ROI and budget across the full funnel.
- Manage D2C business and P&L, online platform and e‑commerce management, and engage with social media and AI marketing tools.

Location: Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce and Performance Marketing, combined with a strong commercial acumen, omnichannel expertise, analytical skills and ROI and budget optimisation across the full funnel.
- Proven experience in D2C business and P&L management, online platform and e‑commerce management, and familiarity with social media and AI marketing tools.
