Responsibilities
- Visit customers in their homes across Bristol and surrounding areas to fix appliance issues and restore functionality.
- Manage your time throughout the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress.
- Maintain van stock levels.
- A full, valid driving licence is required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a White Goods Engineer is ideal, but self‑motivation, strong technical and customer service skills, and organisational ability are essential.
- Receive City and Guilds–assured in-house training and support.
- Must be able to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, use hand dexterity and colour vision, and distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires.
- Bonus incentives are available for upselling products.
