About The Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in pre/after-sales, design process and training by:
- Supporting customers with technical designs and applications.
- Collaborating with external customers and sales teams through email, phone, and occasional site visits.
- Providing tailored, design-engineered solutions for air conditioning and heat pump systems.
- Utilising in-house software to create tender documents and quotations.
- Advising customers on technical and commercial matters to ensure their projects succeed.
The Person
- Experience with air conditioning and/or renewable heating design.
- Proven ability to produce technical solutions and detailed quotations.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a warm and helpful approach when supporting customers and colleagues.
- Manufacturing experience (preferred) or a background in M&E contracting/consulting engineering within project design or estimation.
- Familiarity with VRF systems (full training provided).
