The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing relationships with distributors and merchants. The role focuses on promoting HVAC solutions, generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting project specifications to achieve revenue and margin targets. This position covers North of London up to Birmingham so you must be able to cover that territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
This position involves travelling to various locations (North of London through to Birmingham) meeting with customers and showcasing our product offerings to drive engagement and close sales.
