Hahn Electrical Contracting is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Testing & Commissioning Technicians to join our growing team.
This is a Perth-based position operating from our High Wycombe workshop, with FIFO site work as required across a range of mine sites throughout Western Australia.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working on diverse and challenging projects.

About the Role
Based from our High Wycombe location, you will be responsible for carrying out testing and commissioning activities on a wide range of electrical equipment, both in our workshop and on mine sites throughout Western Australia.
- Testing and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, substations and protection systems.
- Performing fault finding, diagnostics and verification testing.
- Working safely in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
- Travelling to site to support commissioning and maintenance activities as required.
Experience using test equipment such as
Omicron, Baur and FLIR devices is highly regarded.
- To Be Successful You Will Have
- Current WA Electrical Workers Licence (Essential)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months) (Essential)
- Current LV Rescue & CPR (Essential)
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Full Australian working rights
- HV Switching qualification (Desirable)
- Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform licences (Desirable)
The successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
