We specialise in electrical systems for the hard rock mining sector and are looking for a part-time Undergraduate or Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our High Wycombe team and grow with us over the long term.

About the Role

This is a hands-on engineering role with real responsibilities from day one. You will be embedded in an experienced team who are genuinely invested in your development, with strong guidance to support your growth into a rewarding long-term engineering career. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Support the engineering team across hands-on design and manufacturing
  • AutoCAD drafting and design assistance
  • Project scheduling and reporting
  • Electronic document management and filing
  • Standardising procedures and processes
  • Data gathering for design inputs
  • Project work packages and document control
  • Bill of materials and costing spreadsheets

Where You're Headed:

  • Design of electrical switchgear to client specifications
  • Power system modelling – load flow, protection coordination, arc flash
  • Integrating power distribution with control & communications systems
  • Control system design and programming

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrolled in or completed a recognised Electrical Engineering degree (MIEAust eligibility)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience (advantageous but not essential)
