About Us

Hahn Electrical Contracting is a proudly Australian-owned business with over 35 years of experience delivering specialised electrical services to the mining and resources sector. With operations across Western Australia, we continue to grow while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and our people. Safety and quality are at the heart of what we do.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, this role is responsible for leading and strengthening Hahn Electrical’s integrated management systems, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational consistency across the business. While safety and environmental systems remain critical, this role is not a traditional safety position. Our safety frameworks are well established – this position is about enhancing quality, improving systems, and driving consistency across all operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and continuously improve the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Drive ISO 9001 (Quality) compliance alongside ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Manage internal and external audits, accreditations, and system governance
  • Identify gaps and implement practical process improvements across the business
  • Ensure consistency in documentation, procedures, and reporting
  • Support operational teams with systems, compliance, and best practice guidance
  • Contribute to tenders, client requirements, and quality deliverables
  • Provide oversight and support across safety, risk, and compliance activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with ISO systems, particularly ISO 9001 (Quality)
  • Background in systems, audits, compliance, or process improvement roles
  • Experience in mining, electrical, or high-risk industries
  • Ability to drive improvement — not just maintain compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation capability
  • Confidence engaging across all levels of the business

Why This Role is Different

This is an opportunity to step into a role that goes beyond compliance. You will play a key part in shaping how the business operates, improving systems, and ensuring consistency across projects, sites, and teams.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package
  • Supportive and accessible leadership team
  • Opportunity to influence business-wide systems and performance
  • Exposure to multiple operations across WA and interstate
  • A growing company where your contribution is recognised

This is a senior position with scope to influence and grow. If you’re looking for more than just compliance — and want to make a real impact in a business that values people and professionalism — we encourage you to apply.
