We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our York office. All levels of experience will be considered.

You would be responsible for handling your own caseload efficiently and effectively. Support will be available from other members of the Private Client department.

Your caseload would include:

  • Drafting of wills
  • Probate and Administration of Estates
  • Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney

Familiarity with Inheritance Tax principles is essential.

Candidates should have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and drafting skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Candidates should be personable and confident and should enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to work well in a small team.

You will be based at our York office. Full or part time working would be considered. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
