What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Internal Sales Advisors to create a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture.
- Managing team workloads, monitoring performance and ensuring KPIs, conversion rates and sales targets are achieved.
- Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, development discussions and performance reviews.
- Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional service.
- Qualifying leads and proactively following up opportunities to maximise conversion and revenue.
- Preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation to secure new business.
- Driving continuous improvement by reviewing sales processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practice.
- Maintaining the accuracy of CRM data, sales pipelines and reporting.
- Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Providing sales insights, forecasting and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Love achieving results and exceeding targets — you're commercially minded, motivated by success and enjoy turning opportunities into business growth.
- Enjoy leading, coaching and developing people — you take pride in helping others succeed, building confidence and creating a positive team culture.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment — you can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing demands and keep momentum high.
- Build strong relationships naturally — you communicate with confidence, enjoy engaging with customers and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Take initiative and enjoy solving problems — you're proactive, solution-focused and always looking for ways to improve performance and customer experiences.
