Like talking to people? Good. We're hiring. If you're confident, naturally outgoing and the type of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, you could be exactly who we're looking for. We're growing our Birmingham team and looking for a Field Sales Executive with personality, ambition and the confidence to get out there and make things happen. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of role. You'll be out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, starting conversations, generating leads and creating opportunities across a range of campaigns.

From general education and higher education to solar energy, you'll work across both B2B and B2C campaigns, giving you plenty of variety and the chance to build valuable sales experience.

What will you actually be doing?

  • Getting out into the field and speaking to prospective customers and clients face-to-face.
  • Starting conversations and creating genuine connections.
  • Generating new leads and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Representing a range of campaigns confidently and professionally.
  • Understanding what people need and communicating the right solution.
  • Building relationships and turning interest into opportunity.
  • Working towards individual and team targets.
  • Keeping on top of your leads and sales activity.
  • Bringing your own personality to every conversation.
  • Learning, improving and becoming better at what you do.

Who are we looking for?

We're not looking for someone who sounds like a robot reading from a sales script. We want personality. You'll be confident, friendly and naturally good with people. You'll know how to read a room, think on your feet and keep a conversation flowing. You'll have a good sense of humour, plenty of energy and enough business acumen to recognise a good opportunity when you see one.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A confident, outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • A bubbly, positive attitude.
  • A quick wit and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Commercial awareness and good business sense.
  • Ambition and a genuine desire to progress.
  • A target-driven mindset.
  • The confidence to approach new people every day.
  • Sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment, your experience could transfer brilliantly.

What's in it for you?

  • Choice of pay: Performance-based earnings with uncapped commission, potential to exceed £60,000 (Self-Employed) OR £12.71 per hour plus commission, with on-target earnings of £26,000 (Employed).
  • Performance bonuses.
  • Company events and team activities.
  • Multiple campaigns across different industries.
  • Training and development.
  • A social, energetic and ambitious team environment.

If you're bored of doing the same thing every day and want a role where your personality, performance and ambition can directly impact your earnings, we'd like to hear from you. Apply now and let's see what you can do.
