Hagley West is a fast-growing British watch brand selling to over 124 countries, built almost entirely through social media and the power of authentic storytelling. Our philosophy is simple: Love Your Journey.

We create content that moves people. Our founder Tim Hayden leads from the front - live selling on TikTok, filming across continents, building a brand in real time in front of hundreds of thousands of followers. Now we need someone to help bring order to the creativity.

This is a pivotal hire for us. As Content Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our content machine - owning the calendar, coordinating the team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between idea and publish. You will work directly with Tim, our videographers, editors and social media team to keep production moving, shoots briefed, and content flowing across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

This isn’t a role where you sit back and wait for briefs. You will be proactive, organised, and obsessed with the details - so the creatives can focus on creating.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the content calendar across all platforms
  • Coordinate post-production workflow between filming and publishing
  • Keep the team aligned and accountable to deadlines
  • Work closely with Tim on content planning and campaign execution
  • Identify gaps in content output and bring solutions to the table
  • Support the onboarding and coordination of new content formats and series
  • Be pro-active with social media, identifying latest trends across all platforms
  • Manage the whole process with AI tools

Who You Are

  • Highly organised - you thrive on structure, schedules, and systems
  • A strong communicator who can manage up, down, and across a team
  • Passionate about social media content and the creator economy
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Creative enough to understand what makes great content, operational enough to make it happen consistently
  • Ideally a recent graduate or early-career candidate ready to grow with a brand on the rise

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with a founder who is genuinely building something different
  • Real responsibility from day one - this role matters
  • A brand with genuine community, culture, and momentum
  • Room to grow fast as the business scales

Salary: negotiable DOE
