The Opportunity Instructed by our market-leading corporate client, we are looking for lawyers to join the team in a role that makes use of key legal skills and experience but in a completely different capacity.
There will still be some similarities with the legal world: you will be working with and advising a sophisticated range of City-based clients with which there are long-standing, high value relationships; the focus of your role will be to consider, manage and mitigate risk on behalf of your clients; you will build great client relationships from an early stage and will become a trusted advisor; and you will be working within a specialist team of professionals which strives for commercial success.
What makes this role different is that: you won’t be recording billable hours; it will be far easier to predict workloads and manage your time; you will be able to enjoy a genuine work/life balance – there is no long-hours culture; you will have autonomy from an early stage; and your career progression will not be determined by a hierarchical structure.

You could have qualified as a solicitor within the last year or two or be a number of years into it.
