You will work on a strong pipeline of social housing finance matters, including:
- Secured and unsecured lending transactions
- Funding arrangements for social housing and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and related finance documentation
- Close collaboration with the wider banking, real estate and regeneration teams
- Regular contact with long-standing local clients and regional decision-makers
Hybrid working and flexibility. Option to be based in Leeds or Manchester.

Responsibilities
