\\n\\nWe are working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate into their specialist Commercial, TMT and IP team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer at NQ–4 PQE level to develop their expertise in a broad, non-contentious practice that spans commercial contracts, IT, outsourcing, and intellectual property all within a practice handling work across the UK and internationally.

Much of the work has an international dimension, giving you the chance to tackle complex cross-border matters and work with colleagues and clients in multiple jurisdictions.
\\n\\nOperating as one integrated, cross-office team, you’ll be involved in strategic contract drafting and negotiation, tactical structuring advice, and large-scale project delivery. You’ll be working alongside experienced partners who are leaders in their fields, gaining exposure to high-value matters from day one.

\\n\\nYour work will include:
\\n\\n- \\n\\t
- Drafting and negotiating commercial supply-chain agreements, distribution terms, franchise and agency arrangements, contract manufacturing agreements, and IT and outsourcing contracts. \\n\\t
- Advising on IP licensing and ownership issues in a commercial context. \\n\\t
- Supporting corporate transactions with commercial and IP input. \\n\\t
- Advising on data protection compliance within commercial contracting. \\n\\t
- Working with clients in sectors as varied as retail, technology, manufacturing, health, education, and the third sector. \\n
