We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our resourced provision. The role involves managing a varied workload, learning new skills effectively, and being a team player committed to providing the highest levels of service.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with ASD during lessons and activities.
- Assist teachers and support staff in delivering the curriculum.
- Help maintain classroom routines and behaviour management.
- Contribute to intervention sessions in after‑school support.
- Participate in professional development and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience or willingness to work with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid DBS check and satisfactory references required.
