We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs (SEND) in the mainstream school. You will manage a varied workload and learn new skills effectively. You will also be a team player who is committed to providing the highest levels of service. Cumberland Community School is part of Community Schools Trust, serving a diverse community. Responsibilities
- You will support pupils with SEND, manage a varied workload and learn new skills effectively.
- You will work with teachers and other pupils to maximise learning time.
- You will intervene with students who fall behind, providing extra sessions after school where needed.
- You will support the behaviour system and routines to create an effective learning environment.
