- Ensure high standards of social, personal and academic development for all students
- Agree support and interventions; address the needs of students in your year group
- Be accountable for the progress and attainment of all students and groups within the year group to overcome barriers to learning
- Ensure high standards of learning, behaviour and appearance for all students in a given cohort
