Join to apply for the UK Data Solutions Architect role at Hagerty. As a Data Solutions Architect, you will develop, deliver and support business orientated data solutions across Hagerty UK. You will be working across the organization to ensure teams have the solutions and skills they need to gain value from data.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain data solutions to meet business needs, including onboarding and/or training of business users where appropriate.
  • Design and develop data models to meet the current and future needs of the business.
  • Own the continual development of the data platform to meet business, security and compliance requirements.
  • Support the Data Analytics Manager to prioritize initiatives in alignment with the Data Strategy and Business Requirements.
  • Lead the maturation of data management in the organization, appropriate to the size, complexity and scale of the organization.
  • Working with relevant teams, lead the development of an appropriately sized DataOps process.

  • Significant experience delivering data solutions with evidence of clear business outcomes.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, able to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling and concise way.
  • Significant experience in data model design and implementation; expert in Entity-Relationship and Dimensional Models design is advantageous.
  • Significant experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions aligned to business outcomes. PowerBI experience is preferable.
  • Experience developing cloud data platforms, Snowflake experience is preferable.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end data pipelines, especially development, authentication and testing.
  • Experience in financial services is desirable.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is desirable.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is advantageous.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining advanced analytic solutions (ML/AI) in a production environment is advantageous.

  • This role can be worked from any United Kingdom remote location.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes‐Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
