We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Telford. This role is pivotal in driving the alignment of our people strategy with our business objectives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a thriving, engaged workforce.
In your role as HRBP, you will actively contribute to realizing our Group’s ambitions by partnering with business leaders to align people’s strategies with organizational objectives. You will provide expert operational HR support, act as a coach and advisor, and champion a people-centric mindset within a dynamic and evolving environment.
As a HRBP M/F/D you will report to the Manufacturing HRBP Director in the HR department based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
- Provide hands-on HR support to local teams in close collaboration with HR Services, Talent Management and key stakeholders.
- Partner with managers to strengthen organizational effectiveness, capabilities and structures aligned with business strategy.
- Design and influence organizational structures in line with Group principles and future needs.
- Ensure the right talent is in the right roles through internal development and targeted recruitment.
- Drive succession planning by identifying strategic competencies and key positions.
- Act as a trusted coach and advisor, supporting cultural, leadership and behavioral transformation.
- Oversee core HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, compliance, social relations) in line with local legislation and policies.
What about you?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, with 5–10 years’ experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in a structured, multinational environment.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to translate business strategy into people priorities using data and analytics.
- You have proven experience in organizational design, transformation and change management, driving meaningful initiatives.
- You are confident in employee relations and employment law, capable of managing complex cases with sound judgment and compliance.
- You are a trusted coach and influencer, with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
- You have solid experience in talent, performance and succession management, working collaboratively across COEs, shared services and business teams.
