What you will do
- Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Apply standard project management methodologies to drive structured execution and deliver results.
- Implement Design for Excellence (DfX) principles to optimize product quality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Oversee device integration and system design, ensuring alignment with technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sheet metal design and general manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and production workflows.

- Previous experience within the Electrical Industry is an advantage
- You hold a degree in Engineering and/or formal qualifications in Project Management.
- You are an excellent communicator and can effectively communicate at all levels
- You are enthusiastic about innovation and design
- Your teamwork and autonomy will be necessary for this position.
- Some European travel is expected.
